Founder and CEOGareth has over twenty years of experience in managing sports programmes within academic pathways. A focused and adaptive senior leader whose devotion and passion for combing professional development linked with personal passions enrichment is central to his beliefs.
Gareth’s experience in coaching, lecturing and senior management of sports programmes combined with a robust understanding of business, project and operations management ensures the delivery of positive outcomes for the BAE network.
Chris Davies
Sporting Programmes ManagerChris brings a wealth of experience in both coaching and academic delivery. His experience in international sports is second to none, previous roles at Harlequins FC, Hong Kong RFU and Fiji Sevens highlight his wealth of knowledge.
Chris provides the BAE network with strategic insight and knowledge to maximise the delivery of the sports delivery enrichment programmes that run alongside our academic solutions.
Morgan Rise
Arts and Culture Programmes ManagerMorgan’s history in the performing arts field has seen him lead in various productions and roles throughout the south of England, Morgan achieved success as a performing artist in both dance and theatre winning national awards in both.
